What makes a Brewed Subscription stand out?
At Brewed, we offer more than just fresh beans—though they are indeed that. We also optimize for the perfect brew. In the coffee industry, it's common to rest beans for at least a week to allow for off-gassing, resulting in a smoother, more consistent brew, it's a secret of the trade that's been secret for too long. That's why we send you three bags in our 21-day cycle, each with staggered roast dates. We'll guide you on which bag to brew first, second, and third, so each one is at its 'magic window' of brewing readiness when you reach for it. Just as you're finishing your third bag, your next trio of freshly roasted bags will arrive, perfectly timed for your brewing pleasure. While others are preoccupied with mere freshness, we focus on providing you with beans that are both fresh and well-rested.
If I open a membership can I get refunded if I don't use my credit?
For sure, just drop us an email at info@brewed.online and we'll sort you out a refund for any store-credit you may have accrued.
Help! Where's my discount and store credit?
When you sign up for membership, you will also need to create an account on our website. To unlock your member benefits, log in using the icon at the top-right corner of the page. Once logged in, your discounts will automatically apply, and you can find your store credit either on the cart page or within the account section. Please note that your first month is free, so store credit will be available starting your second month.
Do you offer your beans ground?
Sure thing! We can grind those beans to your liking! Just a heads-up: we might need to pop open some roasters' bags from our fresh stock to do so, but we'll seal them up tight again, no worries.
