Hols and Krag, co-founders of North Star, first came to coffee from an academic standpoint, conducting research into how the Fairtrade model has impacted smallholder farming communities. North Star put particular emphasis on building relationships with their valued network of coffee producing partners and that commitment shines through right to the end of the coffee journey; beans roasted with intuition and expertise.
