Chelazos is an easygoing El Salvadoran stunner from the highlands of Chalatenango. Grown at 1400–1600m and fully washed, this lot is bright yet balanced, delivering comforting notes of stewed plum, brown sugar and blood orange. It’s endlessly drinkable—equally happy pulled as an espresso or brewed as a filter. Dependable, delicious, and downright delightful.
