This microlot was grown and processed at Finca Agua Tibia, a historic estate nestled just outside Guatemala City. Boasting a rich heritage and owned by the renowned Castillo family, the land has witnessed a fascinating evolution. From a cattle ranch to a thriving coffee farm, Agua Tibia reflects the family's commitment to sustainable and high-quality production. Today, the farm is managed by Erick de la Roca, a fourth-generation coffee producer who oversees every aspect of coffee cultivation, from seed to cup. Erick's expertise and dedication, combined with the unique microclimate and fertile volcanic soils of the Fraijanes region, contribute to the exceptional quality of Agua Tibia coffees.
