This offering from the Banko Gotiti Washing Station in Ethiopia's famous Yirgacheffe region represents the pinnacle of local coffee culture. Managed by the esteemed Testi Coffee and sitting at an altitude of 2100m, this station processes coffee from around 500 smallholder farms. Employing meticulous cherry selection and leveraging the natural resources of its highland location, the coffee boasts a noted clarity and sweetness attributed to both the washed process and the area's rich biodiversity. The result is a coffee showcasing the depth and finesse of Ethiopian beans.
