Rotterdam roaster 'Schot Coffee' is our first foray into the expansive world of European roasters and we're really into it! Since their inception, Schot has been committed to sourcing top-notch coffee beans directly from dedicated farmers and trusted suppliers; fostering long-lasting relationships that empower growing communities around the world to re-invest and innovate. At Schot, the roasting process is an art form; their goal is to achieve balanced, sweet, and well-developed coffees that celebrate the distinct flavors of their respective origin. With meticulous attention to detail, they roast in small batches of twelve (espresso), six (filter), and four (competition coffee) kilos on a Giesen W15 every week.
