    • From the historic Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica, this vibrant coffee showcases the innovative spirit of Diego Robelo and his team. Grown between 820–1,400 masl, the Mariana varietal is one of the first F1 hybrids in the world to be propagated by seed. The cherries undergo a carefully controlled anaerobic natural process, fermented in sealed cylinders for a minimum of three days before being sun-dried for 15 days. In the cup, expect Cointreau, Winegums and Purple grape juice — a profile that’s vibrant, complex and super sweet, perfectly reflecting Aquiares’ commitment to both quality and community.
