It's a relatively straightforward method that utilizes naturally found ingredients to dissolve the caffeine from the green beans, preserving all the original characteristics and flavors of the bean; that's why it still tastes so incredibly good! Conscious has omni-roasted this one, making it equally at home in an Espresso as it is in a filter coffee.

    We purchased this decaf from Café Imports on 'spot' (that is green coffee stored in Europe ready to be roasted). The coffee was harvested in two periods – the main crop was harvested between October and December 2023 (with a smaller, earlier, harvest occurring between June and August 2023).
