Back in the early days of our shop, Sammy had a habit of gathering any leftover samples into a large kilogram bag to take home to his mum, which led to the nickname 'trash brew'. This coffee may share his name but it is a far cry from Sammy's Trash Brew. It's a carefully thought-out blend of three coffees, creating a well-balanced brew that's a hit with everyone. Perfect for an espresso, it also pairs nicely with milk or makes a great filter coffee too!
