This washed coffee is grown at an altitude of 1800m at the well-regarded Montenegro Farm in Costa Rica's Tarrazu region. The high altitude contributes to its distinct acidity, which nicely balances its natural chocolatey flavor. It's in a pink bag so its been tailored for espresso.
