La Laguna is a collection of twelve families and their individual farms, called collectively the ‘Manantial Association’. Each family looks after their own smallholder farm, including picking, pulping and drying, before grouping together their entire harvest to be sold under the same name. This coffee is grown amongst panela, plantains, pineapples, yucca and lemons, flavours which come through in the sweetness of the cup. This is another perfect example of Colombia’s excellent quality coffee and one we continually reach for each morning.
