This zingy, tropical coffee is summer in a cup! Produced on El Jaragual, a family-run farm owned by Jonny Martinez and his brother, and managed by their cousin Jorge Mira. The farm is located at 1500 meters above sea level in the Amalfi municipality of Antioquia, Colombia. This coffee undergoes multi-stage processing, including extended fermentation with yeast and temperature-controlled washing (between 5°C and 45°C), to enhance and stabilise the mango and apricot flavours developed during fermentation. Perfect for any filter device, from V-60 to cold brew, this coffee is unmissable!

In 2019, Jonny Martinez and his brother bought the land for El Jaragual farm, now managed by their cousin Jorge. With his forestry engineering background, Jorge conserves native forests and cultivates pine trees for sustainable timber. The family grows seven coffee cultivars, including Caturra, under the shade of plantain and native trees. They are also introducing new cultivars like Sidra from Ecuador. Preparing since 2019, the farm's first harvest in 2023 produced this vibrant Caturra, marking an impressive beginning.
