The Brazilian natural brings that rich, velvety base, all smooth chocolate and caramel sweetness. While the washed Ethiopian adds a lift of ripe stone fruits and gentle acidity. Together, they create a cup that's full-bodied yet elegant, perfect straight or with milk.
