It's Conscious Coffee's third year of collaboration with this particular grower, but what makes this occasion especially remarkable is that it marks the first time they've purchased a Geisha from him. For those unfamiliar with this varietal, Geishas are celebrated within the coffee industry for their exceptional flavour and aroma. We are currently crafting a blog post focused on the seasonality of coffee but for now it's worth noting that Peruvian coffees are currently in season, this particular batch was harvested in October of 2023 and arrived in the UK in December, so it's fresh.
