Fresh from the hills of Caldas, this washed Castillo offers a balance of silky milk chocolate and vibrant red plum acidity. Grown by over 30 smallholder families through Raw Material’s Red Associations project, it’s a coffee with community at its heart. Equally tasty as a sweet espresso or a lively filter brew, Villa María Red delivers flavour and purpose in every cup.
