Gito
Rwanda
Lively, fruit-forward coffees with brighter acidity and lots of juice-factor; ideal for black coffee.
"Gito" means "tiny" in Kinyarwanda, referring to the smaller cherries used in this blend. The distributor 'Raw Material' sorted these cherries by density to create this high-scoring natural process coffee from Nyamasheke District, Rwanda, which features vibrant fruit and tea-like notes. For the best flavor experience, we recommend using a pour-over method like the Kalita Wave or Hario V60. These methods enhance the coffee's bright, complex profile while maintaining a silky texture.
We’ll attach this as a note on your item.
