    Located near Mount Kenya, Gakuyuini utilizes sustainable practices like water recycling and a Penagos eco pulper, reducing water use. It's part of the Thirikwa FCS, collaborating with 1,600 farmers who receive initial payments plus quality-based bonuses for their cherries. After meticulous sorting and pulping, the coffee undergoes fermentation, soaking, and a controlled 21-day drying process, ensuring high-quality production.
