Grown by the indigenous Nasa Wesx community in Colombia’s Tolima region, this 40-hour anaerobic lot is bursting with black cherry, blueberry, fig, and a touch of rum. Meticulously hand-picked and sun-dried, it’s a vibrant, fruit-driven cup with a gentle spirit and real depth. A standout expression of terroir, tradition, and careful fermentation.
