Las Hortensias, run by third-generation coffee producers the Albir sisters, is nestled in the Dipilto Region at altitudes of 1,250 to 1,400 meters above sea level. This farm, inherited from their father in 2014, harmonizes the soil, water, flora, and fauna to produce exceptional coffee while prioritizing sustainability. Their dedication has earned them top spots in the Cup of Excellence for three years. This Maragogype Maracaturra varietal is processed using the anaerobic natural method, resulting in a coffee with a rich and complex flavor profile. Coborn affectionately call it "Real Housewives of Clapton," inspired by one of their favorite Instagram accounts celebrating the orange wine craze.
