Campbell and Syme

Created especially for our café takeover, this limited-edition Colombian is the result of a full day of tasting and tinkering with the brilliant team at Campbell & Syme. Bob + Kate set out to find something bold yet elegant, and they nailed it. Naturally processed, it's rich and festive, with layers that evoke praline truffles, spiced fruit cake and a hint of mulled wine. A cosy celebration in a cup, and a brew we're pretty proud to call our own.
