Produced by smallholder growers and processed at the Bookkisa Washing Station by Sookoo Coffee, this lot shines with a silky body, bursts of jasmine and tangerine, and a clean, bright finish. Grown at around 2,000 masl and sourced via Osito, it’s perfect for espresso and lovely with milk.

    Since having the pleasure of roasting Daanisa and Bookkisa a couple of years ago, both produced by Sookoo Coffee, we were excited to be able to purchase some more delicious natural lots from the Guji area from Sookoo via a new to us value. driven import partner - Osito. You can expect all the fruity florals and sweetness reminding us of strawberry jam and nectarines. It’s a delight!
