This washed lot from Bookkisa, grown at 2,000–2,150 MASL in Ethiopia’s lush Guji region, shines with apricot, clementine, and delicate florals. Produced by smallholders and processed with care at the Weessi station by Sookoo Coffee, it's a beautifully clean and elegant cup. A standout filter coffee from the heart of Guji, full of brightness, clarity, and origin character.
