Blossom Coffee Roasters started in Manchester in 2020 with a mission to make people fall in love with specialty coffee while ensuring that our industry remains sustainable for future generations. Their passionate team is committed to transparency and equity in coffee supply chains, striving to do things differently from day one.

Blossom roast in small batches on a Loring S35, aiming to highlight each coffee's natural sweetness and clarity, while their approach to sourcing is relational and long-term, proudly transparent about the prices they pay to producers.
