Yessica Victoria Mancia is a dedicated coffee producer in Intibucà, Honduras. Yessica inherited her farm Mi Regalo in 2017 from her father. Mi Regalo is located at 1750 masl, and Yessica and her husband run this farm using only organic fertilizer and selectively harvest all the coffee; cherries are dried in solar domes over 25 days, ensuring exceptional quality. Yessica’s goal is to improve her family's quality of life and invest in her children’s education through coffee production.
