    This is a fantastic honey process coffee from Telila, Ethiopia. They pulped the beans, let them ferment in tanks overnight, and then dried them on tables for 18-20 days. We're really into Ethiopian honeys like this one because they give you all the flavours you expect from washed Ethiopian coffees but with a bit more body and structure. It's like getting the best of both worlds in your cup!

    Roaster Notes

    Telila washing station is located in Kecho Anderacha, Gera in the Jimma region. Jimma is in the Limu region of Ethiopia. The coffee was grown at 2,000 metres above sea level. It is one of a few washing stations in Ethiopia that are owned by exporters, specifically it is owned by Mike Mamo and his company Addis Exporter that was founded by Mike’s father over 60 years ago.
