Rounded, silky wines with gentle acidity and a smooth, layered mouthfeel; often showing stone fruit, creaminess or subtle oak and lees notes.
An inviting, skin-contact blend from the hills of Viile Timisului — textured, aromatic and quietly complex. You’ll find quince, pear and soft stone fruit on the nose, with a gentle touch of vanilla from its short time in old French barrique. The palate is structured but still fresh, with fine tannins from the long maceration and a clean, steady finish.
It’s great with hard cheeses, simple fish dishes or lighter white-meat meals, and shows just how balanced and expressive Romanian orange wine can be when it’s made with care.
