San Cristobal   Costa Rica
This Costa Rican coffee brings a playful mix of richness and fruit. Think smooth chocolate meeting a burst of juicy sweetness and a hint of that chewy, candy-like depth you get from red wine gums. The natural process gives it a round, velvety texture and a lingering sweetness that makes each sip feel a little indulgent. It's bold, lively and full of charm.

From Cult Coffee Roasters
Listen, San Cristobal is making debut #2 with us. There are some coffees we love so much we anticipate their return to the menu every year with a fair amount of giddiness. This Costa Rican is an everyday super slurper that slaps. You’ll be reaching for one brew after another. Notes of Chocolate, Cherry, and Redwine gums. Coffee Nace S.A Micromill is operated by the Navarro Ceciliano family in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. The family has more than 100 years of history in coffee production, with knowledge, experience, and passion passed on to each new generation. Alongside their micro mill, the family also has farms located 1350–1900 meters above sea level, providing a variety of microclimates for their coffee production. This lot of Caturra and Catuai coffee from Finca San Cristobal Norte underwent Natural processing at Coffee Nace S.A Micromill. Ripe coffee cherries are sorted to remove defects before being dried. Natural process coffees at the mill dry for an average of 15 days.
