Produced by Samuel Munoz, this exquisite Geisha micro-lot originates from deep within the central Amazon rainforest of Peru. Over 15 years ago, Samuel was gifted Geisha seeds, and he has since discovered that his farm provides the perfect conditions for growing this varietal - which is great news for us! This bean is elegant and complex. It's fantastic no matter how I brew it, but I recommend enjoying it black to truly appreciate its unique flavors.

From Conscious with coffee
We were introduced to Samuel by coffee consultant and friend of Conscious, David Bisetti, through whom we have been able to import Samuel's coffee. This is our second year of working together, and the second harvest of Geisha that we have imported from Samuel. It was harvested between August and October 2023 and landed in the UK in December 2023. We purchased one 50kg sack this year. David and Samuel agreed the price of Samuel's green coffee, which David also purchased for his own use in Lima. We then paid Samuel through David for our sack.
