A soft, hazy pale from North London’s Pressure Drop, built for proper everyday drinking. Citra and Mosaic do the heavy lifting here – think mango, grapefruit and tangerine over a light, bready malt base, with just enough bitterness to keep it crisp and refreshing rather than sweet.
Easy-going but full of flavour, it’s the kind of pale you can happily keep in the fridge for park cans, pub-at-home nights or anything that calls for “just a really good beer”.
