Ngera   Rwanda
This Rwandan stunner is a tropical cocktail in disguise - bursting with sun-drenched pineapple, sticky cherry sweetness and a smooth swirl of vanilla-toffee goodness. Fermented in an oxygen-free party for 98 hours, these beans come out boozy, bold and beautifully balanced, bringing serious rum-soaked dessert energy to your cup. Grown high in the hills of Ngera by a powerhouse co-op of mostly women farmers, it's a coffee rooted in community and full of rebellious spirit. With every sip, you get a taste of Rwanda's vibrant coffee revival - rich, bright and totally unforgettable. Funky, fruity and fancy all at once - this one's built for slow mornings and loud flavour.

From Stay High Coffee Roasters
This exceptional coffee comes from the Ngera Cooperative, a testament to the resilience and ambition of Rwandan farmers. Established in 2012 by maize farmers, the cooperative boldly ventured into coffee cultivation in 2014, seizing an opportunity to grow alongside government support. Today, the cooperative boasts 85 members, predominantly women, and is rapidly expanding its coffee production, cultivating over 7,800 trees.
