The Ndiaini AA lot is produced by the Ndia-Ini Cooperative, established back in 1969, reflecting a deep-rooted tradition and expertise in coffee cultivation. Situated at an altitude of 1800-1900 MASL, the combination of altitude and rich, volcanic soils contribute to the coffee’s distinct profile. Grippy, dark fruit flavours layered with a complex winey note set this coffee apart, making it a notable entry in any coffee lover's repertoire.

From Wood St Coffee
All of the cherry that is delivered to Dambi Uddo is fully organic. The cherry is separated by sub-kebele upon delivery. This lot is from the Bookkisa sub-kebele within the Swana kebele. Meticulously dried in very thin layers for 15 to 20 days, this is a perfect example of a clean and vibrant Ethiopian natural.
