Meridian   Rwanda
Say hello to 15 Gram's house filter: bright, balanced and endlessly drinkable. Grown by smallholders in Rwanda's Ruhango District and processed at the Gisanga washing station, this love is all about clean sweetness and crisp, juicy fruit. Think apple snap and honeydew freshness, with a silky black tea base and a little pecan warmth to round things out. It's the kind of coffee you'll want to brew every morning - and maybe again in the afternoon.

This season's Meridian hails from the Ruhango District, Rwanda, grown by Koapambu Cooperative Smallholders. Operated by husband-and-wife team Christophe Rugira and Divine Mutuyimana, Gisanga is one of three washing stations focused on empowering & training female farmers in the best agricultural practices. For this particular lot, cherries are pulped on the same day as they are delivered to the station, fermented in open tanks for 10-16 hours, then dried on raised beds. As a result, we taste notes of black tea, pecan and green apple.
