    • This washed Peruvian lot comes from Leyla Rimarachin, a young producer bringing new energy to her family’s 2-hectare farm in the highlands of El Alcanfor, San Ignacio. In the cup, it’s bright and juicy, with flavours of red grape, berries and plum. Grown between 1,700–1,900 masl and made up of the Caturra varietal, it’s a fresh showcase of Peru’s up-and-coming talent.

    From Coborn Coffee

    This excellent washed Peru comes from young producer, Leyla Rimarachin. She inherited the family farm (2 hectares) and is now focussed on refining processing methodology ahead of export. Leyla’s farm work mostly with Bourbon and Caturra varietals due to their high quality, productivity and resistance to oxidation.
