Whenever you spot a Round Hill bag in blue, it signifies they've roasted it for Filter - and likely done it rather well. Juicy, sweet, and delicious, Juan Saldarriaga's farm, La Claudina, consistently produces great natural coffees. From my experience, I'd recommend enjoying it black.

Juan Saldarriaga owns two farms, La Claudina and El Encanto where his father who he inherited the business from still lives. We discovered that of the two farms we particularly loved La Claudina and this will be the fifth year we have ran it for our Unit Fourteen espresso.
