You’ll get grape, gentle orchard fruit and soft florals, lifted by fine bubbles and a clean, delicate finish. Nothing added, nothing taken away — just hand-picked fruit, tiny traditional presses and an ultra-minimal touch.
It’s lovely as an aperitif, and works beautifully with delicate fish dishes or simple plates that let its brightness stand out.
