This anaerobic natural lot is bursting with character - bold, tangy and beautifully aromatic. Expect the deep, jammy richness of Amarena cherries, the floral lift of hibiscus and rose and a touch of cacao nibs for a subtly bitter, chocolatey edge. The anaerobic natural process intensifies the fruit and fermentation notes, making this a complex, tangy and vibrant cup. Best enjoyed as filter coffee, where its wild, floral and fruity layers can shine.
