Habitat Project   Ecuador
JUICY & VIBRANT
Tastes Like:
Sweet toffee, Macadamia Nut + Prune.
Grown with care as part of the Habitat Forest Biodiversity Project, these Ecuadorian beans are truly one-of-a-kind. Undergoing a meticulous washed process combined with a unique 72-hour fermentation, they offer a flavour profile unlike any other. The result is a smooth and indulgent cup with rich notes of sweet toffee, creamy macadamia nut and deep prune. While fermentation often brings out floral or fruity characteristics, these beans break the mould, offering a more decadent and complex experience.
