This fully washed and sun-dried coffee derives from the SL 28 and SL 34 varieties, known for their robust flavour profiles. The farmers of Gicherori engage an overnight fermentation process followed by sun-drying on raised beds, refining each bean's inherent qualities. Supported by sustainable farming practices, these beans grow among indigenous trees, maintaining the ecological balance and enhancing local biodiversity.
