#67   Routes Coffee Roasters
Sweet & Mellow
Tastes Like:
Orange, Caramel + Chocolate.
Grown high in the Huehuetenango region, these Guatemalan beans deliver a rich and refined cup, where zesty citrus sweetness meets silky caramel and deep chocolate undertones. The medium-light roast allows the delicate brightness to shine while maintaining a balanced, smooth body. Sitting at 1800m on the slopes of a mountain, El Rincón benefits from Huehuetenango's ideal growing conditions - high altitude and cool climate, which helps develop the coffee's distinct clarity and complexity.

From Routes Coffee Roasters
This coffee comes from the Worka Chelbesa kebele, a vibrant village in the Gedeb woreda, produced by smallholder farmers and processed at one of SNAP Specialty Coffee’s wet mills, operated by the dedicated Negusse Debela. Negusse oversees two wet mills in Worka Chelbesa, including this one in the Danche sub-area. Here, he processes Washed, Natural, and experimental lots, continuously striving to enhance the quality of the final product.
