Beloya   Ethiopia
Sweet & Mellow
Tastes Like:
Kiwi, Peach + Bergamot.
The Beloya washing station in Kochere, Ethiopia, processes coffee from smallholder farmers who grow their cherries in iron-rich soils at high altitudes. These farmers use traditional and often organic pest control methods, with heirloom varietals providing a diverse range of flavors. Wood St have selected this coffee for the first time, and it offers vibrant notes of juicy kiwi, peach, and delicate bergamot florals. It’s a refreshing, fruity coffee that’s perfect for enjoying during the summer months.
