How Does Shipping Work?

We send out all parcels from our HQ in North London. If you live within the M25, your parcel will be delivered by our zero emission courier partner Hived. Outside this area, we use Royal Mail. Delivery times depend on when you order but are typically next day or within 2 business days.

 What If I Don't Like My Recommended Coffee?

 If you don't like the look of our first recommendation you can always request another using the 'find another' button.

We pride ourselves on our matching service and we always try to be as clear as possible with product descriptions. However, if you really think we missed the mark, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@brewed.online and we can tweak your profile. We can always suggest different brewing methods too, which might help you enjoy the coffee more. 

 What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard & American Express as well as PayPal.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to and from all parts of the UK. Right now that's England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. 

How fresh is the coffee?

We get coffee in from our roasters right after it’s been roasted and bagged. At this point it is super fresh and not usually ideal for brewing straight away. We rest the coffee, allowing it to lose the gasses trapped in the bag. As it loses more gas, the flavour of the coffee develops, changing significantly from 1-4 weeks and beyond.

We will never send out a coffee that was roasted more than 21 days ago which means you can enjoy it at its best; when it’s had some time to develop. It’s really interesting to taste the same coffee a few days apart, experimenting and finding the sweet spot! You’ll find the roast date on each bag. We’ve brewed some coffees 6 weeks after they were roasted and found they still taste banging.
