This coffee from San Ramon Alto, Huabal, part of the Cajamarca region in Peru, is an exemplar of high-altitude excellence, grown between 1800 - 2000 MASL. It showcases the impact of altitude on flavour with its vibrant citrus and berry notes paired with the sweet essence of caramelised sugars. Cultivated predominantly from Caturra varietals, these beans are processed using a traditional washed method. The local farmers employ a meticulous post-harvest process, which includes a defined fermentation period, ensuring the quality and distinctiveness of each batch.
