A standout natural coffee from Efrain Carhuallocllo Salvador, a forward-thinking producer based in El Corazón, Chirinos. Grown at 1,700m and made from the Caturra varietal, this lot underwent a 48-hour cherry maceration before being slow-dried for around 25 days - resulting in a syrupy, tropical-sweet cup that bursts with notes of grilled pineapple and juicy blueberries.
