This 'Rainforest Alliance' farm is located in Minas Gerais, Cerrado Region, characterised by its altitude and climate. The conditions led to research by the farm on varietals, with a subsequent focus on Red and Yellow Catuai and Icatu, Mundo Novo, Acaua and Caturra only. Working with natural and pulped natural processes, they have also been experimenting on Honey.
