From Common Coffee
‘Paubrasil’, a Natural Catuai, comes from the Cerrado Mineiros Designation of Origin in Brazil. ‘Ceiba’, made up of Washed mixed varietals, comes from Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Both of these coffees are sourced through Ally Coffee’s Coffee Core Programme and named after the national trees of their corresponding countries - a representation of the resilience and adaptability of coffee producers.
