#69   Routes Coffee Roasters
Bright, breezy and blooming with candied apple sweetness and floral lift, this honey-processed coffee is a spring day in liquid form. Grown in Arbin Stanly Molina Fernandez on his hillside farm La Montaña, this light roast feels like sipping on sunshine - delicate, juicy and joyfully crisp. There's heart in this coffee - the kind that grows between rows of plantain and orange trees, shaped by grit, family roots and a whole lot of pride. Sip is slow and savour the bloom.

From Routes Coffee Roasters
Arbin comes from a family of coffee growers. His father, Stanly, introduced him to farming at a young age. After working in a textile factory, Arbin returned to coffee when his father gifted him land. Now, on his small farm, La Montaña, he focuses on growing Parainema coffee alongside plantain and oranges.
