The Gentlemen Baristas aim to recreate that atmosphere of chatter, debate and relaxation in their many coffee houses around London, updated for a modern crowd. Their signature milliner inspired names are a nod to the Southwark hat factories of old, where they set up their first coffee house. Consistently putting out absolute bangers at accessible prices, gentlemen, we take our hats off to you.
