Another unusual processing technique from Outpost, fielding an exceptional Brazillian bean, check it out: 'Tropical Bahia' emerges from unique circumstances; it's producers in Bahia's highest elevations face optimal coffee-growing conditions but struggle with the drying process due to high humidity and rainfall during harvest. Consequently, many transport their cherries about 50km to the drier Caatinga biome. Here, en route, the cherries experience a unique fermentation process inside a closed truck, never exceeding 24 hours. This results in a cup profile bursting with fruity sweetness.More Details
