Once again a highly anticipated all-female produced washed coffee from Wood St who have a lot of these on their roster. The sweetness of this Pluma Hidalgo varietal grown at 1600m in Mexico's Oaxaca region is what exemplifies this cup, that and the wonderful finish of gingerbread note which makes for a warming treat as we head into these darker, wetter colder months.
