Banko Gotiti G1   Ethiopia
This Ethiopian natural is like sunshine in a cup - bursting with tropical brightness and silky sweetness. Think plush stone fruits and citrus peels dancing through a brew that's a lively as it is luxurious. Grown high in the lush hills of Gotiti and nurtured by a collective of smallholder farmers, this heirloom varietal captures the wild, untamed essence of Yirgacheffe. The Banko Gotiti Mill brings old-school drying techniques and big flavour energy, turning ripe cherries into pure magic on raised beds. It's vibrant, juicy and unapologetically fun - an ideal brew for those who like their coffee with a little flair.

From Stay High Coffee Roasters
Our Yirgacheffe coffee is shade-grown, ensuring a healthy ecosystem and preserving the delicate balance of nature. Ripe cherries are carefully selected and dried in the sun using traditional methods, preserving their unique flavours and aromas. The cherries are dried on raised African beds for approximately 12 - 15 days. In the daytime, they are raked and turned periodically to ensure a consistent drying process; covered between 12pm and 3pm to protect them from sun damage and at night time to protect them from rainfall and moisture Once the coffee has dried to the right level, it is milled, graded, sorted, and thoroughly handpicked before being bagged in GrainPro for export from the port of Djibouti.
